Searching for accommodation in Ubud can be a struggle because there are so many options to choose from. So instead of wasting your time trying to find the perfect villa, I am here to tell you about my favorite one on the island. With an affordable price tag for what it offers, Villa Cella Bella is nestled in the middle of the Balinese jungle and is a photographer's ultimate dream boutique hotel. It’s truly hard to describe how beautiful this place really is. It’s more than just a hotel, it's a spiritual experience that will leave you feeling re-energized and refreshed. It’s equipped with room options ranging from suites to private villas. Besides the breathtaking views, the amenities that this property offers make the whole stay that much better. During my time here, I stayed in the “VUA suite” and I couldn’t have imagined a more relaxing, and tranquil experience to rewind after a few busy days of exploring the surrounding areas of Bali.
From the moment you walk onto the property, you are greeted with open arms by the heartwarming and friendly staff. Villa Cella Bella has not one, but TWO breathtaking infinity pools. One which you can even have a meal in, which makes it great for a fancy dinner! The second pool is an elevated rectangle style, towering above the palm trees and river with a comfortable hammock attached. Additionally, there are lots of cabana beds for soaking in the sun on the deck. There are two different extended jungle hammocks that make for great Instagram travel photos! The hotel offers the fancy famous flower baths you see all over the internet too! Feeling hungry and want to be fancy? You can even order a floating breakfast and enjoy it in one of the two pools. Villa Cella Bella has a delicious menu and you are able to order food right through that WhatsApp app have it delivered to you. I loved how relaxing and chill the atmosphere was too. The best thing about Villa Cella Bella is that there are only a few villas, making the property never feel overcrowded. Even with full capacity, it feels like you’re the only one staying there.

The VUA suite specifically has all the features you need for a Bali trip of a lifetime. The suite has floor-to-ceiling glass windows with the most insane views as the jungle surrounds you. It has its own balcony with a hammock & an area to eat complimentary breakfast. The king-sized bed makes you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Make sure you enjoy a bubble bath in the exposed tub while overlooking the palm trees and rice terraces. One of my favorite features in the VUA suite was that the bathroom is huge and the shower even has a Bluetooth feature which is so awesome! And yes, I was guilty of taking hour-long showers each day I was here…. Ha! I mean how can you not!!
