After leaving our marine companions, our journey continued to the idyllic haven of Cayo Leventado. This pristine island has powdery white sands and swaying palms, which seemed like a page out of a travel magazine. The excitement wasn't over yet – It was time to chase a waterfall. Chasing waterfalls is one of my favorite things to do. What's special about this waterfall is you have to ride a horse in order to get there. The entire time, we were surrounded by the vibrant hues of tropical flora. The anticipation grew with every step until we arrived at the famous Limon Waterfall. The sheer force and beauty of the cascading waters created a sensory spectacle, and the pool at its base offered a refreshing dip after being in the hot sun. This was truly the best way to explore Samana's natural wonders. This waterfall was just gorgeous as it had turquoise blue water and white water flowing down the limestone rocks.
