The living area was so cozy, with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. My favorite part, however, was the private porch that offered stunning views of the resort and the turquoise blue ocean.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at Amsterdam Manor’s two fantastic restaurants.
Horizons is located on the rooftop of the resort and offers stunning panoramic views of Eagle Beach and the Caribbean Sea, especially at sunset.
Horizons is perfect for those wanting a more luxurious dining experience with a tasteful menu. My three favorite menu items were the chicken Alfredo, Thai chicken and gourmet chocolate brownie with vanilla bean ice cream. This restaurant is in high demand and opens later in the evening, so make sure to book your reservation ahead of time.
Passions on the Beach takes tropical dining to another level. Located right on the beach, The menu features travelers favorite meals. I particularly enjoyed the grilled chicken caesar salad, tofo scramble avocado toast with a side of coconut chia seed pudding and the strawberry cheesecake. There is nothing better than sitting at the dining table surrounded by the ocean.

Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort is perfectly situated just steps away from Eagle Beach, one of the best beaches in Aruba. The beach is renowned for its soft, white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters.
