- Consultation Call: You must select a date and time by CLICKING HERE within 30 days of your purchase
- Travel Itineraries: Itineraries of 1 week or less will be sent to you via the email you have provided at check-out within 4 business days. Please allow an additional 3 business days for itineraries of 2 or more weeks. Please check your spam folder as well!
- Lightroom Presets: Download file is available within 10 minutes of purchasing online
- Merchandise: Is fulfilled within 2-7 business days and requires 6-12 businesses days to ship (depending on your location)
- Physical Goods: Due to Covid-19, many products including (but not limited to) jewelry and travel accessories are heavily delayed. Please allow up to 25 business days.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of the services you have purchased you will be granted a 100% refund (excluding Lightroom presets, merchandise, and gift certificates). All merchandise is custom printed the same or next day your order is placed. In some cases we are able to pause printing and swap the shirt, but many times it is too late and we are unable to offer exchanges or returns.
